ECO CHIC FROM WWW.BOBELLE.CO.UK

Introducing a new guilt free shopping site - BoBelle's fabulous range of accessories are all fair trade and hand made.

Made from luxurious eel skin, a by product of the Korean food industry, the accessories are eco chic at its very best.

Even better, each handbag, wallet and purse is named after a Greek Goddess, for an extra touch of glamour :)
Check out www.bobelle.co.uk for the full range and to find out more about eel skin. Apparently in Greek mythology it was thought to bring luck and love - so this really is the ultimate feel good fashion buy :)
I've got my eye on the Theia Clutch Bag in dusky pink - look at the darling little bow! Which is your favourite?

UK HIGH STREET IS AWESOME!

A few months ago I bought a fabulous skirt from Primark for just £13. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and when I noticed the front skirt on the rack was my size, it seemed it was meant to be! I wore the skirt to a beauty party and after one too many cocktails I lost the shoes I teamed it with :(
So, I have been on the look out for the perfect shoes to wear with it ever since and today is the day I found them!

Good old M&S have designed a gorgeous range of shoes for their Limited Collection. As you can see, the 'Swirl' shoes, £25, match the skirt perfectly and I shall be wearing them to a wine tasting function later this evening.

I'm going to team the skirt with a plain white tee and some thin pink, coral and cream bangles.

Will let you know how the wine tasting goes. You can drink it all right? None of that spitting it out malarchy for me...

ALL I WANNA DO IS PREEN

I love me some London, and I thought I would take a minute every now and then to big up some home grown talent.

Preen was launched by Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi in 1996, selling clothes inspired by all things iconically British, from Victoriana to punk rock.

Just a year after launch, Preen had a shop on the ever buzzing Portobello Road and has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Since their NYFW showing in 2007, they have been internationally adored by fashionistas wanting sophisticated edge and Preen is now sold in no less than 25 countries!

For those of you with little sisters you love to dress up, check their offshoot of the main fashion label for younger style lovers.

I especially love the Victoriana elements of their collections.
The gorgeous dress pictured sold out on net-a-porter in just 24 hours! For £215, the lucky buyers got a fabulous bargain. If any of you were lucky enough to snap one up last month then send pictures!
Preen is also available in Selfridges so go and fill some yellow bags if you like what you see :)

JIMMY CHOO TO DESIGN H&M RANGE!

This is so exciting - Jimmy Choo are designing a collection for H&M!

They will be creating a line of covetable shoes and bags for H&M, as well as a line of women's clothing that will be designed to match the accessories. YUM

Normally a pair of JC's would set you back around £500 but the range for H&M will start at just £40. Incredible. They will also be designing bags so you will be able to liven up a basic outfit with designer shoes and bag and still have change from £100!

The pic above is a sneak preview of the designs, eek!

The collection is on sale from November 14 in 200 stores across the world and I for one cannot wait :)

IS ASOS.COM PSYCHIC?

Sometimes I think ASOS can read my mind...

I was online looking for a summery jumpsuit to buy and decided to check out ASOS first, only to find that they have a whole shopping category for them!

In the end I've decided that my favourite is the Motel Rabbit Print Bandeau Short Playsuit at £34.50.

Love the print - I was looking for floral but who can say no to super cute bunnies?!

As a bonus, the packaging is recyclable and made from 50% cotton and 50% recycled material.

Here is a quick run down of the fun and yummy glosses available: Fresh Mint Tea (subtle lime tint), Authentic Lavender (pink with purple undertones), Vital Mandarin (yellow), Genuine Tomato (sheer red/pink), Pure Sesame (bronze/brown) and Just Tofu (pearly/clear).

Lancome Juicy Tube P.U.R.E glosses are £13.50 each and worth every penny!

The packaging is gorgeous, the product is fabulous and the price is perfect.

JR Watkins' great range of skincare is now available from Superdrug, with prices starting from £6.

MELLOW JELL-O

On my wish list this week is the new Colour Riche Shine Gelee from L'Oreal Paris.

With more pigment than a balm and a subtler shine than a gloss, this range is perfect for a toned down, natural finish. Teamed with hippy braids, lace dress, chunky accessories and wellies a girl cannot go wrong at festivals this summer.

Available at a special offer price of only £5.82 from Boots online, this is a real bargain! Enriched with Royal Jelly, these are fit for a princess.

INSTANT SUN LIGHT FROM CLARINS

All you clever beauty lovers out there know that when it comes to tanning, faking it is the sensible option.
For pale girls like me, fake tan can often look orange and obvious, so shimmers are a great way to get a healthy, natural glow.
The Instant Sun Light Shimmer Palette from Clarins is around £20 and can of course be used to create shimmer on eyes, cheeks and the frequently overlooked décolleté, so it's a triple useful purchase!
A light texture and three beautiful shades make this a summer must have.

MISS OOPS FIXES ALL YOUR STYLE BOO BOOS

I have just discovered the wonder that is Miss Oops. This clever company has created products to make beauty and fashion blunders a thing of the past!

They really have thought of everything, from the deodorant mark removing Rescue Sponge to knickerless knickers (i swear!) and even a cotton boob tube to make low v necks office friendly.

Check the site out: http://www.missoops.com/default.php

BENEFIT = MAKE UP HEAVEN

I've been a huge Benefit fan for years now but I never cease to be amazed by their latest additions.

My two absolute staple make up items are both by Benefit - Dandelion blusher (perfect for pale girls like me) and BADgal lash for long, flirty lashes.

My lovely friends recently bought me the Realness of Concealness set. The kit contains lemon-aid to correct discolouration, boi-ing to cover under eye circles, ooh la lift to brighten the skin around the eyes, lip plump for a gorgeous pout and high beam for dewy skin.

At £22.50 this is well worth snapping up for summer for a natural and easy to wear look. Even better, it means you have all your make up essentials in one little box on a night out, easy to find in any bag, even after one too many cocktails...

I lo.v.e everything about this brand - from the retro packaging to the super fun product names. Long may Benefit's innovation continue!

PROPS TO CIARA

I was lucky enough to see The Circus starring Britney Spears at the o2 Arena this week.
When my pals and I arrived we were unexpectedly upgraded to VIP ringside which was incredible! Much squealing and jumping on the spot later, Ciara (BritBrit's support act) came on stage and danced her booty off.

With a great voice, killer bod, and wicked style - not to mention ridiculous flexibility - Ciara blew the o2 away.

Check out the back of her dress at the Met Ball earlier this year. That back! That hair! That silk and lace! LUSH.

So props to you Ciara, I am officially a massive fan.

MY BEAUTIFUL NEW DRESS

I snapped up an absolutely gorgeous block colour summer dress from AX Paris today.

http://www.axparis.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=745

Coral is one of the hottest colours of the season and teamed with muted colour blocks (cream and grey) the dress is going to be easy to dress up or down.

Even better, it was a bargain at only £22!

I'm planning on wearing it to a summer party and teaming with gold gladiators or coral wedges.

I'm loving their dresses so much I may also purchase this gorgeous coral dress with lace neckline: http://www.axparis.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=798 - yummy!

Pixie Lott - A fashionista in the making?

Yay, a brand new UK homegrown talented girl whose fashion off duty is just as fab as that when working.

The 18 year old singer shows off some serious pins in her video for the fantastic 'Mama Do' (link below) and doesnt dissapoint on a stroll around town either.

A classic blazer updated with youthful accessories, turn ups and pumps keeps her looking young and fresh without losing any style points.

Bravo Pixie, looking forward to seeing more of your wardrobe!

STELLA McCARTNEY TO DESIGN GAP CHILDRENSWEAR

This is going to be amazing. Fact.

I officially have another reason to be broody - Stella is going to turn her hand to creating a kids collection for the Gap!

The range is due to hit stores in November, so not long to wait. Stella says: "For years now I’ve wanted to create a collection for kids... I believe that this one-off collaboration will be a great way for customers to be able to participate in the Stella McCartney brand."

In the past, the lovely Miss McCartney has designed for H&M (who sold out of her creations in a matter of hours) and of course Adidas, on a more longterm basis.

So, so excited to see her miniature fashionistas when the campaign photos are done.

Pringle to show at LFW

Pringle of Scotland have announced today that they will be returning to show at London Fashion Week in September.

This season's LFW is set to go down in history as the best ever, with reams of fashion houses due to celebrate the 25th anniversary of every fashionista's favourite diary date.

'We are unbelievably excited about our move back to London, especially as this year our own anniversary coincides with the British Fashion Council’s 25th celebrations', said Pringle's Creative Director Clare Waight Keller today.

Looking forward to seeing their latest creations!
